Customer app
Open the GlomPok app, sign in, then go to:
- Deletion is immediate. You are signed out and cannot sign in to the account again.
- Your personal data — name, email, phone number, photo, saved addresses and preferences — is anonymised.
- Order and payment records are kept for 5 years for accounting, without your name or contact details, then deleted.
Merchant app
Open the GlomPok Merchant app (or the merchant area of this website), sign in with the account you want to delete, then go to:
Before you submit
The screen shows anything still open on your account. You must:
- Finish live orders — every order must be picked up or marked as a no-show.
- End any franchise agreements, as franchisor or franchisee. You can do this from the same screen.
- Settle any money owed to GlomPok (for example refunds that exceeded your payouts): transfer the amount shown to the GlomPok bank account on screen and upload the transfer slip.
What happens next
- Your stores stop taking new orders as soon as you submit. You can withdraw the request while it is waiting, and your stores can trade again.
- GlomPok processes the request within 1–5 days. If we cannot approve it, we tell you why and you can submit again.
- After approval your account closes at once. Your personal data and ID documents are deleted once your final payouts have settled.
- Company and tax records are kept for the legal retention period — see the table below.
What is deleted and what is kept

Records are kept only where Thai law requires it — the Accounting Act B.E. 2543 and the Revenue Code — and only for as long as it requires. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Delete a merchant account on this website
Merchants can also request deletion here, with the same steps as the app. Sign in with the merchant account you want to delete.
